Policy
1. Please allow 1 day/24hrs to respond to your email and enquiries. Our email is kareena_ng@yahoo.com.sg To place order, email us your name, contact number, item title and color and size, if applicable.
2. Items received cannot be exchangeable or refundable.
3. Upon receiving your order/s, we'll send you a confirmation email to confirm your order/s. Please reply to the email to confirm your orders within 3 days. We'll hold your order/s for 3 days, thereafter your order/s will be available to other customers if we do not receive your reply. As all our fashion pieces are available in not more than 2 pieces for each design and some are unique and only comes in single piece, this will be fair to other customers who also want the piece.
4. Payment is required within 24hours upon confirmation to POSB account. (We will email you the exact amount, inclusive of postage fee if required) Those who failed to do so will have thier items forfeited.
5. For meet-up, kindly check your order/s before you leave. On our part, we do our best to ensure that our fashion pieces are in good condition before selling. So you need not worry about the goods' quality. As such, we are not liable for damages or loss of the order/s during delivery.
6. Please state if you'd like to receive your order via postage (normal or registered mail) or meet-up. Normal postage is $1.50. Registered mail is charged at SGD$3.50. We are not liable for lost or damge to order during delivery, which are unlikely to happen. Meet-up is available at Orchard, Dhoby Ghaut, City Hall, or Redhill Mrt Station.
